I bought this pretty little fox from +eBay and it served as my inspiration for my Funky French today. I actually have a fox with gold linings instead of this which has silver. That was why I had the golden base. But in the end of my mani, I inadvertently stuck this one instead... Oh well, I think it still turned out real nice, don't you think?
And I thought this nail file is kinda "cute," so before I wear it out, might as well feature it with my mani.
"The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time."
I guess that could be interpreted in many ways... A lazy one could rationalize this and stay lazy. OR, someone like me who spends a lot of time in nail art could say the same, lol... Not that I'm not lazy, I mean I have a hobby ~ an expression of art, right? So glad that there's a camera and a blog to memorialize these nail art designs as they go very quickly and then they are cleaned up to leave no trace on the nails. So I am very glad that we could keep these arts in photos and blogs like this... Once it's shared and others enjoy them, it's not wasted time at all is it? :D
This polish from Avon is from the Brushed Metals collection and is called "Burnished Copper"
It has a little bit of a texture to it and lots of shine. It's simply beautiful!
Then I added the Mosaic Effects topcoat from Avon in black. Then a white stripe to complete my funky french. What do you think? Funk enough for a French Fox? lol...
I hope you enjoyed this mani. Would you wear this design on your nails?
I am wishing you lots of love and joy today... and I don't just say that. I mean that sincerely ;)
