I just received my August 2014 Subscription Box called Wanderlust in the mail today. I am very excited to show you that box. Aren't the colors super pretty? I am excited about this Stardust Finish as the first one I got was super pretty. But first, Let me show you what I got in the July 2014 Poolside Collection box...
I got the Bare Body Milk, Vicki and Lissa in the box. Then as add-ons, I added Tegan (Stardust Finish polish), Jules (very light pink) and a 2 pack brush and Plie wand magnetic connector. This took a while to post as I was hoping to get an answer from Julep before writing this haul post.
Anyway, I received my July box in a white box that looked like it went through a lot in the mail. The tape lost its adhesion and the box appeared open. Just like always, I was still very excited to open it up, eagerly anticipating a surprise gift for ordering three add-ons. To my disappointment, the inside packaging wasn't as pretty as it usually is, no cards and no treats. That should be okay, but I did not receive any surprise gift either. I see photos of this mysterious gifts online and girls usually get a tiny card saying: "Congratulations! You received two free polishes as gifts for ordering three ad-ons." Where's mine?
Of course, times like this we contact Customer Service. The phone lines are so busy I had to wait a very long time so I opted for an email. I sent the email on July 21 and received a reply on August 10. That was a long time. The reply said that a Mystery Box will be sent to me for the inconvenience. So, I should wait and see what that Mystery gift is... I hope mystery doesn't mean it's missing from the box this time as well... he he he....
As soon as I get that on the mail, you will surely know :-) I had some troubles with my subscription before but Julep had always come through and made up for the errors more than sufficiently. So please hurry up Mr. Postman, look and see... bring my package very soon to me.... ekkkk :)
