This collection is composed of glitter (yay), metallics and chromes... Of course, wishes comes with shine and sparkle... right? I am very excited about these new polishes because....

There's many a time in my life when I wished I had three wishes. (I guess wishing to have wishes in itself already used up my first wish eh?)  But I have often wondered what I would wish for.  At different stages in my life, I had different wishes.  It largely depends on the situation I am in, maybe... my environment, the circumstances, my emotions... but mostly, the people around me, the people I love.  Why?  I have spent most years of my short life away from my family. (Long story... lol)

Today is actually my 10th year anniversary in Canada.  As an immigrant to a different, entirely "strange" country, (in a good way), I sometimes found myself lost and longing.  Dreams, aspirations... wishes... I had many.  So when I saw Julep's collection titled "Three Wishes" it was hard to resist.  Afterall, it took a long time to get to 10 years, right?  This is Hubby's treat for me... (It's cheaper than expensive jewelry or a cruise, ha ha)

It had a special meaning alright!  But I almost lost it.  Since I have skipped on my previous boxes for eternity (opting instead for the cheaper Savvy deal or special offers) I had some misunderstanding and troubles with this order (ahh, there were many changes in the prices and policies of Julep which I was not aware of).  I took the Polish Lover's Upgrade thinking for sure it was only +$20 more USD.  "Wow, that's a great deal!" I thought.  When I saw my credit card bill, it was $5.00 more than what I expected to pay.  So, in panic, I called Julep's customer service.

The girl on the other line was very pleasant.  She had a soft, tender voice.  But I felt like she misunderstood me.  Everytime I ask a question, she would put me on hold for almost 5 minutes at a time!  In the end, we resolved for her to send me a return label instead so I could return the products.  That wasn't what I was asking for... Anyway, after a long ordeal, turns out, I misunderstood...duh!!! It was +$25 USD and not +$20 (I wish! lol) 

The girl remained so calm and sweet... She said, "Sorry for for the misunderstanding, we would give you Jules Rewards to make up for it and to thank you for your patience."  It was my fault... so I was thankful.  Instead of giving me 750 Jules rewards (for getting the Polish Lover's upgrade), she gave me instead 2000 Jules, enough to get the next month's box for free... Well, thank you Julep!  I will consider that as an anniversary gift, lol...  Yay, I get to keep my Three Wishes...

Bottom line, I really love not only Julep's nail polish but also the customer service and the Jules rewards! Okay, okay....  I'm saying that in a general, vague way... there are certain polishes I had a hard time with and not totally gung-ho about but I'm mostly happy.  In this haul, I also acquired the Party's Over Glitter Set remover using my Jules Rewards (2000 Jules... free yay!!!)
